How does the mod tracker work in FastTrack?
FastTrack tracks vehicle modifications across 10 categories with 75+ modification types: Engine, Forced Induction, Fuel & Ignition, Cooling, Drivetrain, Suspension & Chassis, Wheels/Tires/Brakes, Aero & Exterior, Interior & Weight, and Electronics. Each mod is logged with a date and optional notes, creating a timestamped history. You can then compare your run times before and after any upgrade to measure its exact performance impact.
Can I track multiple vehicles in FastTrack?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of vehicles you can add to your garage. Each vehicle maintains its own independent profile, run history, modification log, and photo gallery. Switch between vehicles before any timing session with a single tap.
Can I mark a vehicle as a rental or retire it?
Yes. Set a vehicle's ownership to Rental and it shows a Rental tag, so rentals and borrowed rides are never mistaken for your own car. Retire a vehicle you no longer drive and it stays in your garage and on your past runs with a Retired tag, but it is no longer offered for new runs. Turn Retired off to bring it back.
How do I see if a mod improved my times?
Give the mod an install date, then open your vehicle's exploded view. Each dated mod shows its install date and the change in your best time. Tap it for a before and after sheet with your best and median times on each side of the install date for 0-60, 0-100, quarter mile, and half mile, plus a chart of your runs with a marker at each install date. Metric users see km/h and meters. A mod gets a comparison once you have valid runs on both sides of its date, and fewer than three runs on one side is flagged as a small sample.
Can I record when a mod was installed?
Yes. When you add or edit a vehicle, each mod has an Installed on date field, in the app and in the vehicle form on the website. Dated mods are the ones FastTrack can compare your runs before and after.
What vehicle information can I store?
Each vehicle profile stores year, make, model, trim, and optional specs. You can use VIN lookup to auto-fill vehicle details. Attach photos to document your build over time, add free-form notes for maintenance logs or dyno results, and view all personal bests tied to that specific car.
Is the garage feature free?
Yes. The entire garage feature, vehicle profiles, mod tracking, photo galleries, build notes, and unlimited vehicles, is completely free. No premium tiers or subscriptions required.
